13X Molecular sieve
The main component of 13X molecular sieve is aluminisilicate. It is a sodium X molecular sieve with a pore size of 10A, and its structure is crystal structure which is fully capable of adsorbing Screening molecule with a critical diameter less than 10A. It is usually made into a sphere. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable and non-explosive. It is a high-performance adsorbent with large surface area which still has a high adsorption capacity when the adsorbate concentration is very low. It can both selectively adsorb and dehydrate and dry as well as dewax from kerosene. It has a special co-adsorption effect of carbon dioxide and water, hydrogen sulfide and water. It is a top-quality desiccant in the gas, chemical and air separation industries. All technical indicators that can be adsorbed on 3A, 4A, and 5A molecular sieves can be adsorbed by 13X.
Gas purification in air separation units, removal of water and carbon dioxide, drying and desulfurization of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and liquid hydrocarbons, and general gas deep drying.

Silicon-aluminum ratio : SiO2/Al2O3≈2.6-3.0

Application of 13X Molecular Sieve
Application : Mainly used for gas drying and purification, purification of raw gas in air separation unit (removing H2O and CO2 at the same time), desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas (removing hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans), catalyst carrier. Drying of medicine and air compression system, general gas deep drying. Also used for gasoline desulfurization, which can reduce the sulfur content in high-sulfur gasoline from 0.003 to about 0.0003.

5. Regeneration :
1. It can be regenerated and reused by purging or vacuuming at a higher temperature. Dehydration : depends on the temperature, pressure and water content of the regenerated gas. (Normally, at a pressure of 0.3- 0.5Kg/cm2, dry gas of 180~350℃ passes through the molecular sieve bed for 3~4 hours, the outlet temperature reaches 110~180℃ and then cools.)
2. Removal of organic matter : replace organic matter with water vapor, and then remove moisture.
Storage:
Room temperature ; relative humidity is not more than 90%; it is not suitable to be directly exposed to the air; Be stored away from water, acid and alkali.
Packaging : 25Kg kraft bag 30Kg (cardboard barrel) sealed steel drum 150Kg (55 gallons) sealed steel drum 750Kg ton bag Note: Molecular sieves should be prevented from absorbing water, organic gas or liquid before use, otherwise they should be regenerated.
